Parlor is the gathering place to welcome and entertain our community. A comfortable setting to enjoy amazing food and share your favorite drink. This is our version of Pizza Americana. The kitchen uses local almond and white oak to fire and finish our dishes. All of the pizzas, pastas, salads and signature plates are made from scratch, starting with fresh, local, high quality ingredients prepared daily. The sauce is made with hand crushed tomatoes grown in California. We use only the finest cheese and our sourdough is cold fermented with a starter over 30 years old. We look forward to serving you!

Built in 1927, Fig313 stands today as an original historical landmark of San Clemente, with a history that is meant to be shared with its seaside community. Carefully constructed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style, distinctive design features include red-tile roofs, white stucco walls, hand-crafted windows and arches, painted tiles, and open-air courtyards.Originally owned for the first 33 years by John and Jeanette Riley, 313 El Camino Real was renowned as Riley’s Waffle and Coffee Shop. Legend has it that actor John Wayne frequented the restaurant for a hearty American breakfast along with many travelers from all over the world. From 1960 on, Riley’s Café would change ownership many times, evolving into a furniture store, French restaurant, tequila company, and catering business. In 2012, the current owners purchased the property and began renovations and restoration, while staying true to the integrity of the original style.

Parlor offers a great dining experience. The vibe is energetic, the place is busy, yet the staff is well trained in making you feel taken care of. Making a reservation is highly recommended. If you do you'll be welcomed and promptly seated, then attended to by waitstaff, whom are friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The menu is well curated and the appetizers and main courses expertly executed. I've had pizzas, pastas, salads and appetizers and all have been terrific. All throughout the experience management keeps a casual but watchful eye over all, stopping by to check in and make sure you are enjoying yourself. In short, Parlor is a standout experience and highly recommended.

This one has popped up on OpenTable many times and with both kids gone on a Friday night my wife and I decided to try. We arrived a little before our reservation and informed it would be about 10 mins. Time enough for us to sit at bar and have a drink. Very friendly bar staff and we engaged with a regular who said they had the best happy hour in DP. Not halfway through our beers (oh their beer menu is not 99.999% IPA like many around. It's ok, try something new) we were seated at our table. We had a challenge deciding which appetizer to choose and opted for potato tacos as this is not something we've ever had, delicious! We did see the brussels sprouts delivered to tables to our left and right and would get those next time. Wife has meat protein allergy so was thrilled to finally find a risotto that wasn't made w/ chicken stock, she added halibut and loved every bite. I had recently ended >5 yrs of not eating meat and the smash burger was screaming at me. Incredible, this burger. My only complaint would be the fries. Shoestring cut is my LEAST favorite cut. Nobody eats those 1 by 1 so why do that? Our server (forget her name) was fantastic. We've had wonderful dishes ruined by crap service, but she elevated the experience and solidified us wanting to return. Inside it has a warm, cozy feeling. It's not too big and they only had 2, single unit restrooms and one was out of order so the line backed up. Given the overall experience I found the total cost to be a fantastic value. We'll be back (did you say that in your best Arnold impression) :)

I’ve eaten at Scarlet Kitchen a number of times and the food never disappoints. I’ve ordered something different every time just to try different dishes. The bacon-wrapped dates are the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The Scarlet burger hits the spot if you’re craving a burger. Chicken Parmesan is delicious with the pulled pork sauce and perfect proportion of eggplant to the amount of cheese; paired with a glass of Chardonnay, it’s a delicious meal.

Let me start with saying, this is the best place around. Food quality and ingredients like oysters mushrooms in my dish , prime cut meat for my partner and wagyu burger for a kid, are something to be proud about serving. Service is very good, owners are very pleasant and present, which means a lot. It screams that they care. Ambiance is unique, beautiful heated garden as no other place in town. Almost forgot about coctails. They are great, very well price only $18 for quality drinks. I like them slightly sweet, so mine was perfect and my partner asked for something spicy, and they listened and got it right.
