It is humbling and reassuring to know that some restaurant professionals are willing to work this hard to produce high quality local cuisine. The farm to table concept is an added bonus. The price fixe menu was impeccably put together, and the resulting taste combination was nothing short of sublime. Excellent and knowledgeable waitstaff without a hint of pretentiousness. Absolutely amazing experience and one everyone must try. You are on an incredible farm with some of the best food. Eric and his team are simply amazing. Everything has the personal touch. From the welcome to the cabanas/huts - it’s all so perfect.

We celebrated our 42nd anniversary with dinner at The Flagstaff house. My husband proposed to me there many years ago! The perfect service started with the valet and continued throughout our evening with every person. The four course meal was delicious, complex and prepared perfectly. The surprise dishes served between courses were unexpected and wonderful! After our leisurely dinner taking in the beautiful views, we were given cranberry orange bread to take home. Our coats were warm when we began to leave and our car was promptly ready. Thank you all for giving us a memorable and special evening! Well done!

My husband and I take family and friends to the Boulderado Christmas Buffet every year for my Christmas Birthday celebration. The price is reasonable and the food is superb. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. Can I make reservations now for next year?

The chef tasting was a wonderful way to try and experience Indian food. The chef was very nice and funny and personable and delivered our food numerous times and explained the dishes. I’m going to go back for my birthday dinner with family in s few weeks.
