We sat at the counter (do it!) and were able to watch the staff delicately prepare the amazing meal. Each course was so delicious, with many layers of flavor… combinations you wouldn’t think of that together created many memorable dishes. And for someone who isn’t wild about dessert, those courses were some of my favorites. In addition, the staff was attentive and kind, unobtrusive but personable.
