Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Circus Circus Hotel & Casino

Food was absolutely delicious. We sat at the bar for lunch and Kirk was awesome. Food did not disappoint, service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed it so much we went back to resort world for dinner the next day and skipped the table and sat at the bar again. We ordered the Wagyu gyoza, har gow, king crab dumplings, chicken karaage, shrimp tempura, rock shrimp tempura roll, and robatayaki.

We are scoping out this restaurant for our son's wedding. A full plant-based restaurant in the Resorts World Casino. The atmosphere is very nice and a bit fancy, though people were dressed in all ways! Although you can see the casino, there was no audible noise. We started with the baked mushroom scallops. This was DELICIOUS! We paired it with some sourdough bread. For dinner I had the linguine scallops (I probably should have tried something else instead of the scallops again.) and my husband had the scallopini piccata. Both were very good. Truly hard to imagine that this was all plant-based. Nothing was overly spicy. Of the places we tried so far (3) we like this the best for food taste and ambience and service.

We were almost seated next to the noisy kitchen but the hosted immediately sensed our displeasure and called for a different table. Both were great views of the Bellagio. Roman was our lead server and the server team was very attentive. The steak and chicken were the most tender we’ve ever had of either. The crème brulee is the best we’ve found. I had the peppermint soufflé which was outstanding as well. Zero complaints about the food. However, for $155 a person, bread should have been included. It felt stingy to charge another $8 for that. The portions were meager as well, but you were left wanting more, that’s for sure.

We were so excited to visit Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The location is spectacular and the restaurant was pristine. Our view was the incredible fountains of Caesars Palace. Such a fun, exciting dining experience. John was our server and he went above and beyond! I have a very dangerous allergy to milk protein and he asked us right away if we had any food allergies he should know about. He let me know that there was dairy in 2 of the items we were ordering. (they were for my teen) I thought that was so special. Food allergies are so embarrassing, I really appreciated the care John took! His server assistant was professional, and friendly. The restaurant was packed and you would never have known that by the way our table was taken care of. Well done. We're Vegas locals, so we're fortunate to have a lot of great dining choices. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Highly recommend Hell's Kitchen. You made our Christmas Eve very special and memorable. Thank you.

Probably the best tapas place where the portions are huge and delicious! Definitely coming back next year for the holidays again
