Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. We enjoyed a wide variety of foods, starting with the spicy edamame with Peruvian corn which was outstanding. The snapper with the chimichurri sauce was a special and was outstanding. We did the sashimi and sushi plates and added on some rolls. We also had the miso black cod, which we would highly recommend.

Very cool upscale concept. Was decorated beautifully. The food was cooked to perfection. Loved the eggplant I highly recommend. Also ordered a tomahawk steak flavor was so good. One suggestion would be take crispy bits off the tomahawk. It’s presentation would be better. Would definitely return!
