- AALLYSONHawaii •4 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a private room for our office Holiday dinner. There were 9 of us and we fit perfectly in the back room. Our server Loreal was outstanding! She was so attentive and checked on us often. 4 of us ordered Tomahawks which ended up smoking the room but there is a back door we opened for vent and the staff brought a portable fan to blow the smoke out. We lived our dinners and will be back!More infoAloha SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Waikiki•4.5

- MMattVIPHawaii •6 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI’m admittedly, somewhat of a steak snob and I’m very hard to please. The steak at Stripsteak however was wonderful - perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the beef quality was incredible. The A5 wagyu was a little rich for me personally, but the Washugyu Ribeye was perfection. We also loved the ahi crudo roll appetizers- a must get. The hamachi and ahi tacos were also pretty good. Service was very good and professional. However, one comment I would make is that I ordered an expensive glass of Opus One to accompany dinner and they should have brought the bottle to the table and poured it in front of me. However, that was not rhetorical case. For high-end wine and alcohol, it should be presented in the bottle. More infoSTRIPSTEAK WaikikiPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Waikiki•4.6
- PPatrickVIPHawaii •14 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024For our 33rd anniversary, we decided to fly to Honolulu to attend the Opening Night of Cirque du Soleil’s Auana and then try Mugen Restaurant for Breakfast the following morning. We wanted to see if it was worth the trip to return for Dinner and the full experience at a later date. We were not disappointed. Ralph and Gerric served us - while also answering all of our questions about the dinner menu and service. The breakfast fare was amazing! It was fun to watch the morning chefs select fresh cuttings of herbs from their indoor hydroponic herb garden. The food was healthy and prepared beautifully. The mango chicken sausages were plated with fresh edible marigolds. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience. Mahalo Nui to Chefs Gino & Lowell and to Ralph and Gerric for providing us with seamless service. Patrick Toal & Jon VagiMore infoMugenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Waikiki•4.9
