Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Manalapan

The wait staff was so attentive I have to say one of the best in service for a new restaurant! The ambience is modern and beautiful we will definately be back to try other dishes and the pizza looked great also.

Another great weekend dinner at Solo! Brought our favorite wine and paired with special calamari and fried veal meatballs with ricotta for appetizers and veal Milanese and Pappardella Bolognese entries! Food was excellent and service was exceptional!

Last night, my lady and I had one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—especially from our waiter, Danielle, who went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. The food was beyond delicious, easily ranking among the best meals we’ve ever enjoyed. What truly blew me away was the thoughtful surprise from Danielle: champagne glasses to celebrate our anniversary. That personal touch made the night even more special. Honestly, this was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Fantastic evening Saturday Feb. 15. Just my wife and I, first time there. Even though they were not aware we've never been there before, we were greeted like long lost cousins the minute we walked in the door. There are only 12-13 tables, nice ambient Italian music (Sinatra, Martin, Vale, etc) and a very comfortable atmosphere. The service was extraordinary (thank you Heather, Antonio, Ben, Liz). Family owned and operated. The food was fantastic. You can tell the chef takes a lot of personal pride and effort in his menu. Calamari was one of the best we've ever had. We also had the toasted crostini with homemade ricotta and honey. Who puts honey on ricotta cheese! This was off the charts ! Filet mignon cooked to perfection, as was the shrimp and lobster. The banana foster was delicious, not to mention quite a tableside show. We will be back !
