Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Miami Springs

The flavors of every dish we ordered were absolutely wonderful. Every bite was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal as well as the service. Our waiter was very attentive, friendly, and really knew the menu well. We will definitely be coming back!

Chef Pedro Mederos is bringing a whole new attitude toward fine dining to Coral Gables. His and Chef Katherine's take on Asian-influenced American cuisine shows throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and intimate. Their choice of cutlery and glassware are exceptional and in keeping with their attitude of pure respect for the techniques and flavors of Japanese cuisine but reflected in fresh local ingredients. For example, their Kojin Salad is a nod to a Caesar but with surprises such as Salmon roe and Little Gem lettuce. The presentation of mussels is with a light green broth is more pleasant than a traditional garlic-flavored watered down wine. The magic they work with mushrooms is delightful, whether it is with tortellini in a rich sauce with tiny enoki or perfectly sliced and sauteed Porcinis. The treatment of seafood is also unique, with fennel on a snapper filet and Seared Scallops with White Bean and Pork Sauce. The unique and carefully curated wine list is designed to further enhance the experience. We can't wait to dive into the desserts. Bravo Chefs.
