- AAndreaJacksonville / Northeast Florida •63 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe dined at August nine years ago, and the food was so memorable we returned. The bar was set so high the first time, we didn’t think it would be possible to exceed it. Ann Marie, Felicia and the ladies delivering the food from the kitchen were quite the team. My husband and I are still reveling in our experience. Every course on the Réveillon Menu was a journey in taste and got better as we headed for dessert. I ate my first pumpkin dish and raw oyster. Kudos to the chef. The food was outstanding. My husband really enjoyed the spoon bread. My favorite was the pan-seared pompano. We will continue to make dining at August a priority every time we return to New Orleans.More infoRestaurant AugustPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Central Business District•4.9
- JJuneBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWas excited to try one of Nina Compton’s places on our trip to New Orleans and it did not disappoint! The hush puppies were a great start and had a nice but not too over powering kick to it. My husband can’t stop talking about the pork belly and the goat curry gnocchi lived up to its reputation as one of the signature dishes! The Italian Stew was also a great vegan option and was packed with flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend as a stop on your trip to New Orleans!More infoCompère LapinPrice: Expensive• American• Central Business District•4.7
- DDavidvipWashington, D.C. Area •8 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 6, 2024The food was delicious and the serving sizes were robust. The steamed mussels were terrific, and could have been a meal all on their own. The pork chop was absolutely gigantic, and without a doubt the best I have ever eaten. Emeril’s restaurants have never disappointed me Ted me, and this was no exception.More infoEmeril's Brasserie - Caesars New OrleansPrice: Expensive• French• Central Business District•3.9
