We started with the Lovina Mimosa which had prosecco, raspberry sorbet, and Lillet blanc. So good! I had the Susie's Remedy made of hasselback potato, chopped bacon, melted leek fondue, fontina cheese, over medium eggs Omeletti du Jour. It was fabulous and a lot. I couldn't finish it. My husband had the Chilaquiles Estilo Jalisco made of chilaquiles, avocado, sour cream, queso fresca, over medium eggs. The service was excellent and we really appreciate their business philosophy in taking tips out of the equation in favor of revenue shares and full benefits for everyone. 30% of every menu item at Lovina is paid out directly to staff as revenue share, and no tips are expected. The staff is just so wonderful and we didn’t feel rushed and enjoyed a fantastic meal. They were both way better than those from Italian restaurants we normally frequent in Marin and Sonoma counties. We shared a great bottle of Lola pinot noir. Service was very good. I was disappointed with one of the dishes and the server allowed me to select an alternate dish at no charge - absolute commitment to our happiness!!
