Best Romantic Restaurants in Bee Caves / Lakeway / Lake Travis

SP Brazilian has been our faithful holiday dining spot for years. Everybody in our family loves it, especially the picky eaters and the indecisive because there is something for everybody. They offer so many meat options. Be sure to ask for your favorites and they will make sure you get them. Our favorites are the Peçanha and Baby Backs, we also like the lamb chops, the chicken legs, all the sausages, fillet/beef tenderloin, and the pineapple but they offer so so much more. We'll pop in for dinner on a regular night from time to time, but every year we're always there for some of the holidays like Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. What we love is the full service, the cold station with lots of high quality options that span from decadent to nutritious. There are unlimited warm sides for the starch lovers, and they always have their full regular offerings on holidays plus there is often a selection of holiday meat that you wouldn't find on the regular menu like turkey on Thanksgiving. The wine list is extensive with bottles and by the glass options and the servers make good recommendations to suit our tastes. The bartenders make excellent cocktails according to my husband. The desserts (extra) are phenomenal so save room! The price per person compared to other holiday restaurant options is extremely competitive and can be a good value compared to making at home (especially for families with fewer than 6 people). But the reason we choose to eat here is because of the consistently excellent food and superlative service. They always make us feel welcome and valued.

I had bar seating for Thanksgiving lunch. My server/bartender, Victoria, was attentive, charming and most helpful. My tomahawk chicken fried pork chop arrived much faster than expected, was delicious, and half of it went home with me. This was my first experience dining at Carve, and I shall be back. Thanks to Victoria, the kitchen, and staff for a memorable meal!!

Had brunch with a girlfriend there who was visiting out of state. It was really delicious. I had the Eggs Benedict Florentine and she had one of the waffle menu items. Server was very attentive even though she was slammed with full tables of guests. I definitely need to put Cafe Blue- Hill Country Galleria on my rotation of “ go to” restaurants!

It was incredible! Service was impeccable, and it was quiet and food was delicious. My husband and I were very full from the dinner and would recommend the beef tenderloin. I’d also suggest going during daylight so you can see the lake, or better yet the sunset.

Foos is always very good. Venison chili was exceptional. And, our server was awesome. Great place.
