Best Romantic Restaurants in Montchanin

A mistake on my part started off badly but turned into a wonderful meal with a wonderful server ( wish I had gotten her name) and a most delicious meal with melt in your mouth filet of beef. Warning!!! There is Bardea Food and Drink and Bardea Steak!! Make sure you know which one your reservation is for! Our server saved the day with delicious options to make for a complete meal explaining each dish to our party of four and timed each course perfectly. We had theater tickets so were aware of the time and arrived to our show in plenty of time. Turned into a great experience and will definitely be aware of which BARDEA we’re dining at next time! Any item on the menu will be a true culinary delight!!

The best brunch in Delaware, by far!!! We love it there and an added bonus of Santa this year! Great service! The music volume was way too loud though!

La fia. Perfect experience and meal. From start to finish amazing. U need to go. Apps- GRILLED SPANISH OCTOPUS pistachio mole verde, pickled red onion- habanero salsa, tomatillo WAGYU BEEF TARTARE horseradish gremolata, herbed buttermilk, grilled focaccia Meal- black Squid ink pasta with chorizo crumbs, Spanish blue prawns and oregano citrus butter. DRY-AGED DUCK BREAST charred caraflex cabbage, black lime vinaigrette, asian pear, duck jus Desert Roasted banana ice cream with roasted bananas over peanut butter mouse. Topped with peanut butter wafer Sweet potato pie with maple bourbon sauce, pears, and something on top-mouse- marshmallow. OUTSTANDING. Bar menu is also creative and fantastic. Missed on nothing.

The food was delicious. We had the Australian wagyu and it was divine. The drinks were good, but wish it was a little stronger. Our server, Luke, was welcoming and accommodated our needs. They offered to change our plates between courses which I thought was really nice. I wish the prices could be a little more reasonable. Either way, totally recommend!

Great food and service. My wife, son and I ordered the polpo & calamari fritti and a salad as appetizers, short rib, ahi tuna, and rigatoni alla brasata for entrees, and a couple of desserts and wine. We all were pleased with our selections. Service was very good.
