Best Romantic Restaurants in Pequannock

Rails is normally an outstanding experience, as we have dined there numerous times before. We were there for Thanksgiving night and expected the same stellar experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Our food was delivered very late, cold and the steak overcooked. However, I am still a huge fan, as the management did everything to make this right. Don’t know what the issue was, but we were treated as valued guests and the concern for our experience was real. We were well compensated for the less than excellent experience, so I will continue to give them the highest recommendation, as they really care about their customers and want to ensure a 5 star experience. Black Bull steakhouse was the best decision I've made in a long time. I went for an anniversary dinner and it was the most exceptional dining experience I've had in a long time. As someone who has been working full-time in every facet of the hospitality industry, I could not have been more impressed. My meal was the 16 oz Bone-In Filet that was cooked to perfection at Medium Rare, and her meal was the 8 oz. Filet cooked to perfection at medium. The service was prompt, knowledgable and incredibly swift. Leo provided world-class service and he deserves a promotion. If you get the luxury of dining at Black Bull Steakhouse, Leo is the only server I want going forward!

From beginning to end the dining experience was excellent. We were greeted by Robert and led to a private table. Our servers were attentive and described all specials and menu's perfectly. Prices of specials were not mentioned. We didn't have a problem with that, but other diners may. Every selection we chose, and there were 4 adults, were a hit!! The flavor of each dish kept you coming back for more. From appetizers, salad, entree's and desserts we walked out full and happy. Will definitely return to this Gem!!
