Best Romantic Restaurants in West Sacramento

Fantastic experience for a dinner the weekend after Christmas - don't miss the decorations of Old Sac and then having a delightful dinner at the Pilot House restaurant. My friend and i had the Caesar salad (just the right amount of garlic and dressing) and the short rib fettucine. OMG - the sauce and mushrooms with it - SO good. Ended with a cheesecake and tiramisu. A memorable dinner with different, elegant atmosphere than so many other restaurants

We specifically selected the Camden Spit & Larder for our Christmas Eve brunch as we'd heard it was the ONLY place ANYWHERE for MILES where we could sample a Scotch Egg and, even though it wasn't on the 12/24 menu, the chef prepared an AMAZING Scotch Egg with a salmon crusted shell. The food and service at the Firehouse is consistently above average, way above average. The ambience in the main dining room is perfect for us, with music that is pleasant. Most restaurants play music so loud that you either don’t go back, or you run away from. At the Firehouse you can actually carry on a conversation. The food was excellent, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The wait staff is very attentive. We look forward to dining at the Firehouse again and again. Thank you Firehouse for being so reliable.

Server was great! Beautiful decor and ambience! Carbona pasta had fatty, quite hard chunks of ham that I had to spit out, not very hot, but otherwise tasted pretty good. Loved the salad with the special cheese crisps and bread was scrumptious. It was pricey.
