Best Romantic Restaurants in Solitude

We have always enjoyed lunch at Apex. Multiple year visitors. Clearly the front of the house was overwhelmed today. They were not very kind or understanding, not only to my family, but to many other guests. Opposite feeling that we received at the Veuve yurt.

We went for our 30th wedding anniversary. The staff and atmosphere was amazing, my only suggestion is tuck the anniversary couple into a quiet area. We had a table of 4 that was very loud making our conversation hard to hear. The 2 hour drive was worth the experience! Thank you for making a memory with us! Highly recommend!

This winter season Edge has an incredible menu selection. In our party of two, one of us had sea bass, the other elk on a bone. Both were amazing! Sommelier-server Greg Olson always has the perfect recommendations, is most attentive and is the consummate professional. The newest Chef de Cuisinr has taken The Edge to a new level of excellence! General Manager Matthew Brewster is most personable and attentive to every detail! If you love fine dining, The Edge Steakhouse is a must stop while visiting Park City!

What a top notch Christmas Eve buffet. Everything we ate was so delicious we wonder if we will ever go to a buffet again, or just let one sit as the best ever! How are you in Utah serving the best fresh seafood we’ve ever had? Duck with peppercorn sauce was also divine. So many lovely sides. Squash salad, Green bean almandine, and roasted maple veggies. I chose just the gingerbread pancotta of all the choices from dessert to leave feeling healthy and delighted. We comfortably lingered, with gracious server and staff promptly attending to all with smiles and great Christmas spirit!
