- MMichaelLos Angeles •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoYou can't go wrong -- fantastic views, great food, outstanding service. Checks all the boxes. A top restauraunt, one of the best in San Diego, that makes for a memorable occasion. One note that may be helpful: we went for Jazz brunch on a Saturday, and despite the band playing in the bar, the volume was just right and we could easily hear each other speak.More infoMister A'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Downtown•4.8
- AAdamvipSan Diego •56 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFantastic 7 AM King Tide experience with waves crashing against the windows. The Holiday Brunch Buffet was fantastic. All preparation and presentation far exceeded expectations. Food was most delicious. Service also great! Beef was exceedingly tender. Omelets also great and a super seafood table. The only possible thing as an improvement world be to add a belt style toaster to allow for higher bagel toast capacity. Dessert choices were also fantastic. We could not have been more satisfied. We’ll return for sure. Thank you.More infoThe Marine RoomPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• La Jolla•4.7
- LLoriOrange County •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWhat a phenomenal experience! The service was excellent, the food absolutely incredible and ambience was so pleasant (minus the very loud table of patrons right next to us). We had the Caesar salad (enough for two people to share with very rich and flavorful dressing); the crabcakes (again, enough for two to share); spaghetti with meatballs (the meatballs I will make the 2 hour drive to experience again); and the risotto of the day (which happened to have the most tender short ribs ever); creme' Brule and chocolate gelato. From start to finish, everything was better than we expected. We will absolutely return.More infoVigilucci's Seafood & SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Italian• Carlsbad•4.7
- ZzackHawaii •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoGreat restaurant that never fails. They updated their menu two weeks ago and while we missed the old favorites, the new menu is probably of wider appeal. I will say that the fajitas were just a bit too spicy, especially for an older person. The chips and salsa and guacamole are the best in town!!!More infoCoasterraPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Harbor Island•4.6
- DDavidvipDenver / Colorado •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThis place was incredible from start to finish. We had flown in some family for my girlfriend‘s birthday, and even though the plane was an hour late, we were seated immediately while we waited for the rest of our guests. The hostess was also unusually accommodating in reducing the size of our table while maintaining a perfect spot. the waiter Colin was over the top with suggestions, service and a great smile. Your food was the best I’ve had in San Diego. The three medallions with crab, the tuna, avocado stack was the best appetizer, and the humongous mud pie at the end really topped it off. We enjoyed it so much. We ended up staying there for over four hours, and the gracious manager even took our picture by the Christmas tree when we were the last ones leaving. The parking is wide open and easy to do. No valet parking to mess up your car and spend another $20. All in all one of the best experiences I’ve had eating in San Diego. Not to mention the very unique view of downtown at night. More infoIsland PrimePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.6
