- AAshleyLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe Japanese A5 was served on a hit plate which cookes the meat as it came to the table. Because of this the steak was cooked more than medium rare and the hot peppers that came with it were too spicy to eat. The brussel sprouts were underwhelming. Overall, the service and other many items we ordered were wonderful. I recommend the New York steak, potato puree, and Sticky Toffy Pudding...simply delicious!!!More infoGordon Ramsay Steak - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.5
- CCatVIPHawaii •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI accidentally booked a reservation for 2 instead of 3 (including our 10-year-old) for 7:30 on Christmas night. We called to let them know and were relieved that they were able to accommodate us. The next reservation for 3 was at 10:30 PM when I realized my mistake and tried to change my reservation. The roast chicken a la grand-mere was delicious and perfectly cooked. The frisée & lardon was very good. My daughter got the steak et frites, which was a bit tough but she liked it. Banana Foster was pricey but delicious. Asked if we could room charge but the waiter said it takes 10 minutes. I’m assuming he didn’t want to do the room charge. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and were grateful that the manager approved the change to our reservation.More infoMon Ami Gabi - Las VegasPrice: Expensive• French• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.7
- KKevinLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoService: Reservation at 6:00pm. Checked in at 5:45pm. Allowed in at 6:01pm. Receptionists were accommodating. Waiter provided a brief description of dishes when asked. Checked in often. Attentive and patient. Servers described in greater detail the dishes they bring to the table. Food: Miso soup had two thin tofu slices garnished with diced chives. Moderately hot. Sea bass with black bean sauce was homey. Topped with ginger slices and chives. Black bean sauce was great over rice. Black cod with miso was delicate and velvety. Miso glaze was mildly sweet and savory. Black cod melted with every bite. Shrimp with spicy garlic sauce was well-seasoned. Shrimp had a perfect bouncy texture. Cucumber salad with crab had a zesty vinaigrette. Pickled radish wrapped around the crab was a refreshing bite. Cleansed the palate. Vanilla Miso Tart was creamy and delightful. Bento Box: Dark chocolate lava cake had an accompaniment of a variety of berries. A perfect balance of bitter and sweet. - MMichaelLas Vegas •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe were almost seated next to the noisy kitchen but the hosted immediately sensed our displeasure and called for a different table. Both were great views of the Bellagio. Roman was our lead server and the server team was very attentive. The steak and chicken were the most tender we’ve ever had of either. The crème brulee is the best we’ve found. I had the peppermint soufflé which was outstanding as well. Zero complaints about the food. However, for $155 a person, bread should have been included. It felt stingy to charge another $8 for that. The portions were meager as well, but you were left wanting more, that’s for sure.More infoEiffel TowerPrice: Very Expensive• French• Paris Hotel and Casino•4.8
- SSunshineLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe were so excited to visit Hell's Kitchen, and it did not disappoint! The location is spectacular and the restaurant was pristine. Our view was the incredible fountains of Caesars Palace. Such a fun, exciting dining experience. John was our server and he went above and beyond! I have a very dangerous allergy to milk protein and he asked us right away if we had any food allergies he should know about. He let me know that there was dairy in 2 of the items we were ordering. (they were for my teen) I thought that was so special. Food allergies are so embarrassing, I really appreciated the care John took! His server assistant was professional, and friendly. The restaurant was packed and you would never have known that by the way our table was taken care of. Well done. We're Vegas locals, so we're fortunate to have a lot of great dining choices. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. Highly recommend Hell's Kitchen. You made our Christmas Eve very special and memorable. Thank you.More infoHell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.6
