Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     TORI was out Waiter and she was PHENOMENAL!!!! It was my first time there and IT WAS TOP TIER!!!! Food was FANTASTICCCCC!!!!!!...... Ambience was AMAZING and COZY!!!!! NO COMPLAINTS, AT ALL....... Will DEFINITELYYYYYY be back!!

    Christmas Day was made very special by Sotto Sopra. From the ambiance of this beautifully decorated 1850 building, to the wonderful staff, each with a smile to greet and serve you. But the food; that was the star of the day! The calamari was exceptional and definitely not you mama's calamari! It's a must have. And the goat cheese salad, amazing! The seafood pasta was loaded with lobster, crab and shrimp, and swirled in a luxurious sauce. The pork shank with risotto was very tasty and very filling. We ordered the the bread pudding and cheesecake to go as we were so full after our meal, and will have it this morning with our coffee. I just know both will be a great start to the day. Thanks to Sotto Sopra for making our Christmas day so special.
