Best Seasonal Restaurants in Breckenridge

Everything was excellent - from the fried green tomato appetizer, to the salmon and burgers. And, the lemon meringue pie was to die for. The service was great as well.

As always, Aurum never disappoints! We love all the happy hour items and the great drinks. Also, they have some of the best waitstaff in Summit County. The manager is always on hand and available to help with anything. We will always go back.

Beautiful restaurant in a modern new hotel in Breckinridge. We had the Delmonico steak, trout and pizza. We will be back.

We have lived in Colorado for 20 years and I have never had as good a meal and service as we did at The Carlin. Braised Short ribs were amazing! Shrimp scampi delicious! I'll be going back as this is my new go-to for great dinner and Golden Hour!

This restaurant is known for its craft cocktails. It’s more of an adult venue. Limited menu. The hummus (homemade and generous amount) plate and wild game chili were delicious. The restaurant has a vibe like you would find in La Jolla, Dallas or Austin. The wait staff was over-the-top excellent.
