Best Seasonal Restaurants in Dundas

Overall, we had a great experience at Earl's on a busy Family Day weekend. Our server was excellent and we were all pleased with their Brunch menu. The quality of the food in one word was delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner Cagney’s on Saturday! They have a great menu with lots of options. Some of our favourites are the delicious appetizers like saganaki, steak bites, calamari fritto, and mains like Butternut Squash Ravioli, Lamb Chops, Souvlaki Dinner and of course steak! Even their butter that comes with their complimentary rolls has a delicious special touch to it! The reason we return is because of their great food and because their staff are very friendly and are always so welcoming! They even go out of their way to make me a cocktail that is no longer on their menu, without a second thought! We’ll be back!!

We had booked a Valentine dinner for 2. I didn’t expect much, but the welcoming ambiance and pleasant, accommodating host and sommelier were a great experience to set us on the wonderful evening with a pink rose wrapped in a bouquet style. We started with 2 glasses of Prosecco, then with an incredible lobster bisque served like a French union soup style but instead with a puff pastry on top covering the soup bowl. The lobster bisque was so much flavour from the fresh lobster and little chunks of lobster meat. My wife was amazed at how good it was better than many of our Michelin-starred restaurants that we have been to. The next course was the 2 large ravioli filled with braised short ribs, which was tender and had great texture and juicy flavours made along with the wrapped sheets of pasta. I would say it’s even comparable and even better than Famiglia Baldassarre in Toronto. The next course was the New York steak and fresh lobster cooked perfectly, a tempting and tender treat. We have had lobster at high-end steak houses and it’s often overcooked to hard and from frozen lobster. This was fresh, and you could tell the sweet and tender lobster meat. We ended with a large pink macaroon, soft and with great texture. Truly a memorable experience, I recommend doing special menus like this more often.

We went for Valentine’s Day, the food was amazing. The Spanish and artichoke dip with tortillas was so good, my fiancé said was one of the best dip he ever tried! Recommend this restaurant 100%

Food and service absolutely outstanding, as always. Been a little while since we’ve visited. Forgot how generous the portions are. Prices may seem a bit high, but great value for what you get. Far and away our favourite restaurant in Burlington. And has been for awhile.
