Just one year in, The Salt Line has already established itself as one of the top dining spots in Northern Virginia. Executive Chef Matt Singer is leading the kitchen team in partnership with award winning Long Shot Hospitality Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey. The Salt Line is where "New England meets the Chesapeake" so guests can expect the same New England classics and renowned raw bar found at the original location, along with lots of new chef driven fish and seafood entrees, house-made pastas, exciting selections of crudos, and of course the best lobster rolls around. In addition to dining, the welcoming year round outdoor bar (tented in the winter) has also become a favorite neighborhood gathering spot and is the perfect place to enjoy The Salt Line's signature beverage program and grab what many say is the best burger in town.

I loved this restaurant. Will definitely return. Went for a date night before a show. It was fully booked. Noise level was moderate. Not loud but not quiet either. Didn’t have to scream my order to the server. Food was excellent and so were the cocktails. My only negative is the dress code. I wished they didn’t allow athletic wear - tshirts, sweatpants, hoodies; a collared shirt dress code should be enforced. Being a 5 star restaurant, the attire of the patrons should also be of 5 star standard.

This is our 2nd year trying the Christmas Buffet..all I can say is "we are another a happy couple (my husband and me). " Founding Farmers did not disappoint. The food is outstanding!!! Over 50 options to choose from. My one suggestions is make available "well done" red meat options. Everyone does not like to see blood draining from their food.

We had a delicious Christmas Eve dinner. We love the snow crab the best and always get it. Our new favorite starter is the oysters. The garlic noodles are a MUST! Our servers were great too - they were busy but tried as hard as they could to help us have a great time. The only negative comment is that our food was not hot. We didn't say anything because I think it was a factor because of the busyness of Christmas Eve.

Had a really good first experience taking my family to this restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful. She kept us informed of everything I feel that we needed to be informed of. The food was in good portions, everything was well cooked, well plated, and served perfectly. Will definitely be back! Thank you to the falls and all of the staff
