- KKathyVIPCharlotte •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoEverything was excellent. Had to wait longer than expected for table. Arrived 10 min early for 7pm reservation and was told it would be closer to 7 before table was ready. We didnt get seated until 7:25. If they had told me a longer wait, then we would have gone to the bar for drinks. Also, we weren't aware the Valentine "special" got cancelled. I understand it was a supply issue. We actually spent less and had drinks with dinner. No Valentine vibe at all, which would have been nice.More infoNapa at KingsleyPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Fort Mill, South Carolina•4.5

Service was great, we got drinks, which were very tasty, our specialty appetizer was wonderful, and the food was very good! - RRyanChicago / Illinois •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe have previously dined at other Roosters locations in Charlotte, but this was our first time at this new Ballantyne location. The food was very good as we expected based on our visits to other Roosters locations. The atmosphere is nice - modern, open, clean. We were there for Valentine's Day lunch on a Friday - I'm glad we made reservations because almost every table was filled (it was more crowded than I was expecting for lunch time). That being said, there was enough space between tables that we did not feel crowded or cramped; there was some energetic noise but it wasn't too loud (we could easily hear each other talking at our table). The service was friendly and good, although it was slightly slower than expected which I can understand based on the large crowd of people who entered shortly after we arrived (the waitress was busy!). I would recommend it and will be back again in the future - I'm glad Roosters now has a Ballantyne location much closer to my home and that it's as good as I hoped it would be!More infoRooster's BallantynePrice: Expensive• American• Ballantyne•4.5
