Butterjoint is a comfy bar and restaurant located in North Oakland. Our welcoming and eclectic atmosphere is appropriate for almost any occasion - whether it be meeting a friend for a drink, celebrating an important event, or relaxing after work. Perfect. I am frequently there. Ashley- server. 1st time I’ve seen her. Best server I’ve ever had. She was sweet,’funny, attentive. Love her. Great seeing Jeff per usual. So nice to go to a place where the manager remembers your name. Even the valet was great. Food so good. I ate way too much and would do it again. Love it

This place is fantastic! Everything from the small plates (risotto), to main courses (mushroom pasta & rack of lamb) were excellent. The server steered us in just the right direction for wines that paired perfectly with our dinners. I also noticed that every meal that came out of the kitchen was closely inspected but the manager to make sure they were on the mark (and they were). This was an anniversary dinner for my wife and me, and we could not have chosen better! Highly recommend it!
