Best Seasonal Restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach

I'll start by saying I am very happy we decided to dine at HEW. Great experience!! Starting with Jade our server who guided us thru the menu making appropriate suggestions. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Small touches like calling us by our name on the reservation shows a genuine interest in our satisfaction. The meal was perfectly prepared. We've eaten in dozens and dozens of fine steakhouses, this one is top notch in many areas. Sides were delicious and prepared well. The house special demi-glaze was one of the best I've ever had. I'm very glad she recommended it. Presentation was very nice, however when it came to the quality of the tomahawk steak, it fell a little short. Again, it was cooked and presented perfectly but tough and not up to the standard. I will be sure to return because of how the place is run We are very anxious to try many other things on the menu based on how well the food was prepared and presented. So many nice touches here. We sat under the covered patio and it was a lovely evening for it. We ordered a cup of the lobster bisque and the seasonal butternut squash and crab bisque - both very good but I fancied the seasonal one better. We shared the burrata, lobscargot and the tuna sashimi. Everything was very fresh. Hard to mess up burrata. Lobscargot was delicious - great for those not willing to go for escargot. The tuna sashimi could lose the Old Bay seasoning - kinda messes up the flavor; too salty. But otherwise fresh and tasty.

We went for Christmas eve dinner, had martinis at bar first, ou table was ready exactly when we were, we ordered a few appetizers as our meal they were outstanding.

Food and service were excellent. Every dish was prepared and presented beautifully. Can’t wait to go back!

This was a great find. Food was excellent. Superbly presented and the wine pairing for the food was perfect. It is definitely value for money. Sadly we are on holiday otherwise we would definitely go back.
