The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Five of us celebrated Boxing Day at Posana and had a wonderful meal. Two members of our group are gluten intolerant and Posana provides a safe environment for them to eat without having to review every ingredient. It is also exemplary to have every option available to them without having to take a salad or the only protein based option. Kudos to the team for making us feel so welcome and a special thankyou to Teline (spelling?) for tolerating our English traditions.
