The ambiance is simply breathtaking, reminiscent of an art gallery. Oversized statues of Medusa and Pegasus, coupled with dramatic plasterwork cascading from the ceiling, create a truly unique and captivating atmosphere. The background music, expertly curated by a DJ, is subtle and sophisticated, allowing for easy conversation. The bar is perfectly illuminated for photo opportunities, and every detail of the restaurant's design is simply stunning. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A welcoming doorman was followed by attentive staff who graciously accepted our coats and escorted us to our table. Throughout the evening, we were expertly attended to, ensuring every need was anticipated. The food was a masterpiece. The beet salad was a symphony of flavors, while the pan-seared short rib was cooked to perfection. And the dessert? The pan-fried cookie with ice cream was an absolute indulgence, gooey and delicious. The wine selection was extensive and impressive, with knowledgeable sommeliers providing invaluable guidance. Bacchanalia is more than just a restaurant; it's an unforgettable sensory experience.More infoBacchanaliaPrice: Very Expensive• Greek• Mayfair•4.4

- HHeidiVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •5 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis restaurant, staff and food was beyond our expectations. We decided on the tasting menu with the classic wine pairing. Every dish and wine was wonderful. The staff was considerate, accommodating and willing to make our evening at their restaurant memorable. If you have the opportunity to have dinner in London, this would be an unforgettable evening.More infoClos MaggiorePrice: Expensive• French• Covent Garden•4.6
- JJASMINELondon •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoHave eaten lunch twice now and can’t recommend highly enough. Selected from the a la carte menu each time as I saw from others that the portions were a good size. Shame I was on my own as I would have loved to share a few different dishes. Had the ravioli prawns and the fillet steak which was absolutely delicious. The waiter recognised me the second time and even remembered my wine.More infoBocconcino MayfairPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Mayfair•4.5
- LLauraWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 16, 2025Gorgeous space with fantastic views, ambience, and special feel. Food and teas lovely. It was the service (a bit mid-day lazy and unrefined) and the quantity of food (cakes are shared, not one each, and only the equivalent of one sandwich per person) that were disappointing for the price.More infoThe Library at County HallPrice: Very Expensive• British• Waterloo•4.4
