- FFionaYorkshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe took our two children for an early evening dinner and felt comfortable and welcome. Food was outstanding, the Sunday lunch was delicious, meat as so tender and lots of it. Lovely atmosphere.More infoThe Broad CharePrice: Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.8
- RRichardNewcastle and Northumberland •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a lovely meal and experience with one notable exception. Each of the 4 people who ordered the Pork main course were disappointed with their meal. We had expected a roast pork meal. The offering was altogether too firm and the plate entirely brown. This was a big disappointment to half of our party. The other half of the party were entirely happy.More infoBlackfriars RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.6

- PPennyLondon •4 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024Lovely roast dinner only spoiled by being swamped with so much gravy it was spilling over the plate! But the meat was lovely. We did not realise that the football would be on screens everywhere in the pub - we probably would not have chosen to eat there if we had known but that is not reallly a criticism - we just didn’t know and are not fansMore infoWellwood ArmsPrice: Moderate• Pub• Amble•3.8
