The Manor provided an exceptional experience for our group of eight from the moment we arrived. The venue was beautifully decorated and radiated a festive atmosphere. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and ensured we were well looked after until it was time to be seated for our meal. Every member of the team was helpful, polite, and attentive, showing great care in handling our food and drink orders with precision. The management went above and beyond to make our visit even more special, both during and after the meal. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff’s consistent check-ins added to the seamless experience. It was evident that their shared commitment to excellence stemmed from the leadership and professionalism of the management team. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the evening, which was filled with fantastic entertainment, fun, and laughter—all made possible by the outstanding efforts of The Manor’s team. First Christmas Lunch of the season and a lovely one it was too. The turkey dinner was everything that was expected and more. The staff were attentive on a very busy lunchtime service and couldn’t do enough for us. We both loved it ❤️ and will definitely be back.

All staff extremely happy, friendly and attentive. Felt that the food could have been a bit hotter. Must admit that the roast beef was quite tough.

The food and service was great. Would definitely recommend if visiting Bicester shopping village.
