The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation.     Exceptional in every way! From the ambiance to the service to the food - there is simply not a better restaurant in the USA. Internationally only the Jules Vern in the Eiffel Tower comes close. Yet while the Jules Verne is exceptional it takes itself seriously where Mister Charles is classy yet playful!

    Food was fantastic, every ingredient had a purpose and a unique blend, easily the best Latino/hispanic themed restaurant I have experienced in 25+ years as an adult who spent many years working in the front and back of house in restaurants

    Terra has a great atmosphere. My wife is disabled and the main elevator was not working when we arrived. However, the staff took us up the freight elevator and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The food is absolutely awesome. The wait staff was very attentive. If you're looking for fine Italian dining, this is a great place to go to.
