Best Seasonal Restaurants in Siesta Key

We were a group of 8 on a sat night. Food was excellant and service attentive. Douglas, our waiter, kept us happy and answered all our questions. Food was wonderful. Grouper, mahi-mahi, seared ahi, mussels, and crabcakes. Also calamari, along with two desserts. Overall, perfect. Highly recommend. We were placed near the back, so things were nicely quiet. Indigenous continues to be our favorite restaurant in Sarasota. We have been 5 or 6 times now and it is consistently excellent. Food is delicious and is comes from a variety of sources. Always fresh and tasty. The service is extraordinary. Although we are only seasonal residents of Sarasota, dinner at Indigenous is always a must for us.

Dinner was fantastic our waitress Marren did a fantastic job and was very attentive. The wine service was wonderful and great choices. He started with a gnocchi special. That was wonderful. We split that with three people as an appetizer. My wife and I had the linguine Pescatore, which was fantastic. Great pasta, and loaded with seafood. Her friend had the eggplant which was wonderful. Both dishes were so filled that we took leftovers home and there was no room for dessert unfortunately. Their dessert menu is delightful and next time I will have to make room.

Have eaten here several times and it is always outstanding. Glad they reopened after the damage from the hurricane. Menu is always interesting, food excellent, service excellent (Chris was our latest waiter), table by the water gives excellent view even of the Osprey nest not far away. Though "pricey", it is always an exceptional experience and one we always remember and look forward to.

My wife and I celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary with dinner at Sage SRQ. It was an extraordinarily delightful experience. The historic building makes a charmingly comfortable & tasteful setting. The menu is intriguing, and every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly prepared. It was perfect and memorable experience in every way. We have found our new go to special occasion spot. Well done!
