Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Our waitress who was not even suppose to be at our table came over and treated us with respect and professionalism. She was attentive to what we needed. Everything was timely. Our waitress went above and beyond. I hope the management realizes what a gem you having working hard for you. Lisa and Joe Daleo We would come back for the purpose of how well we were treated.

This was our second visit. My wife and I had a great experience. The food and the service was top notch. I made a mistake. One of the specials was chicken parm with pasta as a side order. When they brought out the special it was served on a large board. It look like a large pizza but was chicken parm. It was delicious but I could only eat wife. Beware of the specials unless you have a large party to enjoy it. My wife had the filet of soul of which she loved.
