Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. We experienced the Chef’s menu paired with an all evening happy hour. Every bite of food we had was delicious and the braised lamb was one of the best I’ve ever had, falling apart at the bone. Even though the dishes are served “to share”, the portions were surprisingly big and incredibly filling. Service was outstanding the whole evening. What a wonderful little gem of a place, I look forward to returning soon!
