- DDarylSt. Louis •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe dined at Oceano Bistro on Valentine's Day evening. Though we had reservations, we had to wait about 15 minutes for our table, which wasn't a problem at all considering the occasion and the large number of people who were there. The service was great and met our every need and request. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. The wine selection is extensive and one doesn't have to pay a hefty price for a bottle. Oceano Bistro is one of our favorites and well worth the experience.More infoOceano Bistro - ClaytonPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Clayton•4.7

Drinks were good and food was outstanding. Menu was reduced for the holiday, as you would expect. But, still had several choices in varying price ranges. It was much more crowded by the time we left.More infoHerbie'sPrice: Moderate• American• Clayton•4.6

Next the mushroom and black truffle soup followed by the fish sandwich of the day.More infoCasa Don Alfonso - The Ritz-Carlton St. LouisPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Clayton•4.4
- DDonaldSt. Louis •10 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe Crossing continues to be an excellent choice for fine dining in St. Louis. The food and service are excellent. The night we were there it was somewhat noisier than past visits due to several large tables of men some of whom spoke and laughed loudly throughout the evening. When they left it was pleasant. I think the British are right when they say Americans do not know how to speak quietly at the dinner table.More infoThe CrossingPrice: Very Expensive• French• Clayton•4.9

Gustavo our sister was attentive but not overbearing. Steaks were cooked to perfection and as ordered.More info801 Chophouse - St. LouisPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Clayton•4.8
