Best Seasonal Restaurants in High Flatts

Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our food. But it’s busy at lunchtime so plan a bit of a wait for a drink n chat before you eat. But it’s worth waiting for as it was obviously freshly made, proper food. It’s a cosy pub with flagged floors and log fires and there were regulars and locals in always a good sign. Also dog friendly. I’ve been before as a walker with dog and came with girlfriends today and enjoyed all occasions

Never had a poor meal here. Staff pleasant and attentive but never obtrusive Food freshly cooked

First time for Sunday lunch. My wife and I have been trying different places for the last few months and can honestly say that this was the best hands down. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was stop on. We will be back with more members of our family.

Don't be fooled by the modest exterior, the food here is some of the best I have ever eaten. The waiting staff were discreet but attentive, every dish was explained to us, so we could understand the complexity of flavours.....I honestly could not fault the experience in any way....we have booked again.
