Can you say AMAZING! Even if you think you won't like eating veggies or that you will walk out hungry..... change your mindset and give it a try. I would highly recommend the 5 course tasting menu so that you get a good selection of things to try. I LOVED EVERYTHING! I will definitely go back and take friends when I return to VEGAS! Thanks Chef Paul for everything!

Tableside bananas foster is a must-try!!! Incredible. Chris and David made the experience memorable for all the right reasons! Great recommendations and the wait staff was impeccable. There were several times I never noticed my water glass being refilled but magically, there was always water! It seems silly to remark on that but it was appreciated!

The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The Steak House is the best restaurant in Las Vegas. Nothing and I mean nothing can be improved. The staff, the best ever! The service impeccable! The food prepared to perfection, and served hot.

James was a wonderful server who was both knowledgeable and warm. We already love Carversteak, but the service this time added to the love we already had for the food!
