We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Daphne in Toronto for a holiday dinner, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a festive evening. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We enjoyed the Tuna Carpaccio, Beef Tartare, Branzino, Mussels, and Salmon, and every dish was executed to perfection. The flavors were fresh and beautifully balanced, leaving us savoring every bite. The highlight of our evening, however, was the impeccable service. Our waiter, Tarin, went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional dining experience. His attentiveness, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel truly special. It was hands down the best service we’ve ever received. Our Christmas dinner at Mott 32 Toronto was memorable. The Peking Duck was tender and full of flavour, and watching it carved tableside added to the experience. The Crispy Roasted Pork Belly was perfectly crunchy, and the Hot and Sour Iberico Pork Soup Dumplings were rich and satisfying. I paired it with the Duck Fat Old Fashioned, which was smooth and well-balanced. The complimentary Mango Dessert was a nice touch. The service was excellent and made the evening special. We’ll be back.

The evening culminated in a celebratory dessert of Greek yogurt, elegantly garnished with pomegranate seeds and mint—a perfect ending to a remarkable experience. Our meal began with house-made bread and olive oil, complemented by a refreshing tomato salad as an appetizer. For the main course, we enjoyed expertly grilled Balada fish accompanied by steamed broccoli and succulent lamb chops. The server’s meticulous walkthrough of the fresh seafood selection, artfully presented on ice, added an engaging touch, highlighting the restaurant’s dedication to authentic Greek cuisine. This establishment comes highly recommended, and we eagerly anticipate returning with friends in the near future. The restaurant is beautiful very clean great views very romantic the music was a little too loud the food was very good service very good not the best I have had on ether point besides the restaurant it’s self and the atmosphere the only thing that was outstanding was the carrot cake I mean this was outstanding out of this world by far the best carrot cake I have ever eaten hats off I would return just because of it you really have the best ever I will remember that for years
