Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Dripping Springs

Wonderful food! The crab omelet with the fennel and butter lettuce salad was amazing. The fried oysters were also excellent.

My brother suggested ATX Cocina. Our meal was outstanding. And the service was next level great. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menus and the cocktails. She made great suggestions. The restaurant is very concerned about diners that have allergies. Highly recommend.

First time: Made reservations about two months in advance— the place was packed! Everyone was either celebrating something or spending time with loved ones. A great atmosphere! The food was outstanding, a great selection of wines and liquors at the bar. Service was faster than expected, especially considering how busy the place was. Reasonable prices all-around and excellent experience from the staff and the atmosphere.

Kudos to the chef! Seriously, Dude, I lived the food. Who would have thought a deviled egg and a fried oyster would work. OMG! I was sorry I had to share two with my sister. Lately I have been on a kick trying different versions of fish tacos. These rate up top as well. Shout out to Keith and Ryan, both waiters were pleasing to talk with and to learn their stories. Another exquisite visit to Uchi. The service was fabulous from the moment we walked in. We let our server Jessica give us some guidance on our menu for the evening, and her recommendations did not disappoint. The sake tom kha was delicious, with a flavor packed tom kha reduction. We also had an ocean trout nigiri on special that was so delicious, we ordered seconds. We’ll be back!
