Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Hoover

I love Perry Steakhouse but it didn’t start like I wanted my reservation was at 7:15. But did not get seated until till 10 till 8 but when waiter came he made sure everything was great but them hostess that was on staff this night could have been more talkative and letting me know what was going on but everything else was beyond expectation. I will be going back in the future cause at the end of the day this is my favorite restaurant by far

It was a good 1st experience. My streak was ordered medium well. It ranged from medium rare to well. Very unevenly cooked, but I was about to eat most of it. Our waitress was good and polite. It was our anniversary, so they gave up some cheesecake bites on the house. It was VERY delicious and appreciated. We will try it again because overall it was good. I'm looking forward to trying other menu items.

This restaurant was amazing! The food and service were great and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great! It was quiet so you can enjoy an excellent meal with the people you love! I will definitely come here again!

The food at was very good—every dish was bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Yet, what truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service from Rob. Attentive without being intrusive, he anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Rob’s professionalism turned an excellent meal into a very enjoyable evening.

Our appetizer dinners were delicious. Our server, Carlos, was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. The staff even called to offer us a table that became available, which was more comfortable than the bar. We took the opening at the bar, but asked for a change if a table became available. Bistro V is consistently good.
