Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Loveland

Fantastic ambiance and food was delicious!! Will definitely be returning. Matt was an excellent server. We’ll be asking for him next time

I’ve ate at Tony’s many many times. It’s one of my go to places as a single guy. I took a date… Valentine’s Day. I got the 12 ounce fillet, medium rare… And it was medium well. I could not hardly swallow my steak because it was so dry, but I did my best and left what I couldn’t eat on my plate. I’m sure I will try it again soon. I didn’t complain… I knew it was a busy night for the kitchen and I didn’t want to interrupt anyone.

We were seated by the back door and it was cold - several guests, myself included, kept their coat on and the lighting was very dim at our table making the menu hard to read. The food and service were great. It was very pricy but we were stuffed when we left.

Great service for V-Day!! I had the Caesar salad, and grilled salmon with chile sauce and grilled veggies - it was very good! Hubs had the 9 oz filet wrapped in bacon with southwest potatoes and he enjoyed every bite! Server surprised us with a complimentary sample of their raspberry cheesecake - yummy! Great meal and service, plus they seated us immediately with our open table resv!!! Great Valentines Day celebration!!

Jennifer was our server and she was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was patient while we were catching up with friends and we didn’t feel rushed throughout our dining experience. Eddie Merlot is one of our favorite restaurants and a go to when we have out of town guests. Save room for coffee AND dessert. You won’t be disappointed.
