At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts.     We had one of the best fine dining experiences at Pier W. My husband is on a very restrictive diet and I eat extremely clean. Our server, Samantha, was absolutely outstanding!!! Once we told her about our dietary needs/wishes, she immediately suggested we customize our dishes. We did and the chef did an awesome job! Samantha is as pleasant as she is knowledgeable. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone we came in contact with seemed happy to be there! Thank you for the experience!!! Can’t wait to return!

    Very good first experience. Sea food tower was a bang for your buck, oysters were top notch and serving size was big. Even the ahi tuna amount was wild. Seared scallop dish was delicious, scallops big, juicy and flavorful. Will be coming back. Service was great as well drinks never ran low before being asked if we needed another.
