Our new branded fusion features hand cut fish, choice steaks, Rocky Mountain trout, seafood, burgers, and much more. Co-Owner Bob, a Colorado Restaurant Association Restaurant Hall of Fame member, Chef/Owner Tyler, Chef Dan and GM Roy honed their skill for a combined 100 years of restaurant experience.
