Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. This intense blast of heat locks in all the natural flavors, creating a soft and chewy in the middle and charred crust on the outside.     We love the food at 615Chutney--it's well-prepared and delicious. Our issue (as non-20-something adults) is the 'order your food and drinks on your phone' system that makes the ordering process more complicated for the diners. While our server, Mohamed, was a gem and assisted us, we found out too late that we could still request a printed menu and either submit our orders online or through our server. (The website is not helpful for parties who want to order as a group and try a variety of items, or compare one menu item to another, since it only displays one or two at a time on a phone screen.)
