Best Vegan Restaurants in Blue Island

Our server, Lilly wanted us to have a very good experience. The chef did a phenomenal job of making each dish delicious. It felt like each dish was specially made to order. Unfortunately the hostess had no recommendations for parking. This ended up being a very frustrating situation. I highly recommend you walk or take Uber.

My experience at Maple Tree was wonderful! The valet who parked my car was friendly and accommodating and so was the hostess at check in. I had my meal at the bar and Emily was the bartender/server. She was extremely warm and friendly and offered excellent drink recommendations! Service was efficient but not rushed and the music and atmosphere made my experience even more enjoyable. I’m a vegan and I love that they offer a full vegan menu, from starters to dessert! I ordered the cornbread muffins, blackened mushrooms and grits and for dessert, cranberry apple crisp. Every morsel was delicious! Great energy and scrumptious food, I’d highly recommend!

Love it here! Our first round of pita was cold and they quickly fixed that. The classic hummus is very pricey and there wasn’t much in the bowl but it is so good! The almond and garlic spread is superb. Waiter was awesome.

Overall We had a great time (Rum Cocktail) very nice. The Original Hummus was cool, we’ll have to try some different next time! Dinner was Lamb Shank comes with rice which serves two people. Lamb was very dry and not good, we decided to order Lamb kebab which was very tasty definitely brought our spirits up!! Thank you for the amazing service

Casey, the manager and Jordan, the bartender/server always go above and beyond - and the food is consistently excellent.
