Best Vegan Restaurants in Burlington

Love this place so much. My friends and I have a quarterly tradition to visit and we always try something different and are never disappointed! The stag is always friendly and welcoming and for busy nights the food still makes it to the table at a decent wait time. I always recommend it to anyone I meet!

We enjoyed our meal at Jack Astors very much. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband had the salmon bowl. Both were hot and delicious. Our server Lori was wonderful. Attentive without hovering! A very pleasant experience. Will definitely return!!!

Tried this place and I will 100% be going back. The gluten free environment made the dining experience that much better not having to worry. Food was good. Could have more GF beer options for a gluten free restaurant out of stock and the cider choice was only 1 not great drink selections but still going back the food and service is that good

A culinary adventure awaited us for our lunch time visit. The Korean chicken was a generous serving of lightly battered chicken, perfectly cooked and served with a not too spicy gochujang sauce and fresh coleslaw with a hint of kimchi. Absolutely delicious. The Cubano was equally tasty with layers of meat, cheese and pickles. Service was exceptional. The spicy Caesar was perfect. I highly recommend Rust Bistrobar for their creativity with their cuisine and the relaxed and welcoming ambiance.

My dining experience was overall a positive one. The food and wine were good our server was very personable and attentive. It took a little longer than I thought it should have to get our food especially as it was not extremely busy. That being said when the food did arrive it was worth the wait. I will go back again.
