Best Vegan Restaurants in Cotswold

Sixty vines is my go to! Whether it’s girls night, friends are coming in out of town, or a date night- they’re always accommodating and the food and drinks are 10/10. Make sure to ask for Shelby- she’s so sweet, knowledgeable about the menu and always so personable! I already have my next reservation set :)

The atmosphere is that of a speakeasy with dark wood and minimal lighting. Wonderful handcrafted cocktails all with a history backstory are offered. Our server was very knowledgeable of the cocktails and we indulged in a couple of mezcal concoctions that did not disappoint. We ordered pizzas, one of which was the Verde on a GF cauliflower crust. The flavor was delicious. My husband ordered the Carni pizza. My only complaint was that the GF pizza came warm rather than hot, most likely because it was done before the Carni pizza. This is our second visit to Bar One. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful restaurant with a very professional and attentive wait staff. The food was excellent from appetizers to desserts. We were celebrating a birthday and they made us feel very special. Fun and festive atmosphere with private rooms behind glass doors.

Our waiter, JC, was phenomenal!!! My fiance and myself had never been to the restaurant and he gave great food and drink recommendations! We tried the margaritas and two different types of tacos. 10/10 would recommend him as the waiter and 10/10 would recommend checking this place out on your night in CLT

Staff was great. Truly great. The rooms are a little loud when multiple tables are set. The outside area looked very nice. The appetizers and salads were extremely good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the burger with fries. The shrimp and grits were OK at best. We only ate half of the burgers. The fries were on point.
