- SSonyaVIPHawaii •25 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe ate in the bar which can be noisy, but we had a nice little corner table which felt intimate yet was still part of the bar experience. We had the wagyu burger with fries and the brussel sprouts. Both were excellent!More infoCommons Club Bar & RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Southern• Central Business District•4.3
- KkarenDallas - Fort Worth •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI read about this place and it was our first meal on this visit to New Orleans. What a start to a trip! Amazing lunch. I would suggest making a reservation as it was full when we dined on a Friday. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great, tasty drinks (the Tavi Spritz is my new favorite drink) and good advice on food. We started with the half order of fried chicken hummus. Creamy hummus topped with chucks of fried chicken and amazing salsa verde. So good! The fresh pita and olive oil and spices served with it were perfect. I loved the crispy halloumi. Crispy and hot drizzled with honey and on the best citrus and nut base. Every bite was a flavor bomb. ❤️ The lamb kofta had nice char and flavor , served on some spicy spread with tomatoes and yogurt to cool it off. The sujuk pide is big. A thin bread wrapped around tender meat and cheese with tomatoes on top. Filling but so good! We didn’t have room for dessert because we enjoyed the lunch so much. I would definitely go back and try more. And more crispy halloumi!More infoShayaPrice: Expensive• Israeli• Uptown•4.9
- TTonyFresno / San Joaquin Valley •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoThis is our second year celebrating the holidays with the good people of Jack Rose. In all our travels so far in retirement, the staff, the food, the absolute vibe of Jack Rose is worth every minute of travel time it takes to get from central California to New Orleans. We were fortunate enough to experience the Christmas menu in 2023 and it far exceeded our expectations. This year we had the pleasure of another perfectly prepared filet and the most delicious sides. Our bread pudding for dessert was perfection on a plate. Our new tradition will be returning to Jack Rose again next Christmas, but we will be thinking of everyone and everything Jack Rose until then.More infoJack Rose - New OrleansPrice: Moderate• Creole• Lower Garden District•4.8
- RRobertNew Orleans / Louisiana •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoCopper Vine was a wonderful experience. We came here for dinner on Christmas Day. The seared scallop risotto was outstanding and my daughter said the short rib burger was one of the best she’s ever had. We shared the bananas foster for dessert and it was fabulous. A great find and someplace we hope to visit again the next time we’re in New Orleans.More infoCopper VinePrice: Moderate• Wine Bar• Central Business District•4.8
