The food (my dish was made with cob) was excellent. Service was efficient and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Convenient location. I don't know what else anybody would be looking for in a restaurant. Since we had planned a trip to Franklin NC, we added Madison’s to our itinerary and we were not disappointed. In is a beautiful place on Main Street in Highlands, NC. The decor and atmosphere was elegant, and the food was fantastic. Delicious root vegetables and salad with pomegranate, squash, pecans, goat cheese.
