The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.More infoHell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.6

There was a lovely selection of non-alcoholic mocktails and a large variety of alcohol related drinks.More infoNobu - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Caesars Palace•4.7

Dishes were never cleared from my table the entire time. The lack of pre-bussing was the only major issue.More infoNacho Daddy - The StripPrice: Moderate• Mexican• The Strip•4.6
- MMichelleNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Bedford by Martha Stewart has become a must-visit for us every time we're in Las Vegas, and it never fails to impress. The ambiance is beautifully curated--modern yet reserved--with tasteful seasonal decorations that make the space feel inviting and elegant. On this visit, we missed our usual server, Jeanette, as she was finishing her shift, however we had an equally wonderful server Ishmael as he delivered outstanding service. He was not only attentive but also entertaining, ensuring our dining experience was as delightful as ever. We started with drinks and appetizers, including the bread basket and zucchini flowers, both of which were perfectly executed. For our mains, I had the scallops with risotto and a side of mushrooms, while my husband ordered the ragu. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the risotto was incredible--a dish that can often be hit-or-miss at restaurants. My husband absolutely loved his ragu, which was rich and flavorful. Dessert was the cherry on top. The chocolate cake was decadent, and Ishmael surprised us with complimentary crème brûlée, which was so good I could have easily gone back for seconds! Overall, The Bedford delivers exceptional food and service in a beautifully crafted setting. A huge thank you to Ishmael and the entire team for another fantastic dining experience. As always, we'll be back!More infoThe Bedford by Martha Stewart - Paris Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• The Strip•4.5
- CCrystalDenver / Colorado •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is the best buffet in Las Vegas, hands down. The food is excellent quality, and the service is usually top notch. It is very expensive but the quality of the food makes up for the price. I do not recommend going without a reservation as you may have to wait a while or not be seated at all. I also do not recommend going on a holiday as they increase the price for the same food you get on a regular day.More infoBacchanal Buffet - Caesars Palace Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• American• Caesars Palace•4.1
