Best Vegan Restaurants in Mission Beach

Our first time dining at Elvira was an incredible experience! If I could, I’d give more than 5 stars for the exceptional service. Andrea, our server, made our night unforgettable with her wonderful recommendations and genuine care. I had the Rigatoni alla Norcina, which was absolutely delicious, while my husband ordered the Super Arrabiata Pizza. He found it a bit over spicy, and Andrea immediately offered to bring an additional dish to ensure he enjoyed his meal. We declined since we were happy overall, but her thoughtfulness didn’t stop there—she surprised us with a complimentary dessert to make our date night extra special. We also enjoyed a half bottle of Primitivo wine that paired perfectly with the pasta, bringing out its rich flavors. The cozy, charming ambiance truly makes you feel like you’re in Italy. We’ll be back for sureeeee 🫶 and highly recommend!

Fabulous food, cozy ambiance & gracious service. This is a family favorite restaurant, and we love coming to Cesarina to celebrate special occasions. The pastas & antipasti are all so delicious. The carpaccio is superb & sliced so thin it's transparent. My husband always orders a pasta allo scoglio (seafood pasta), my daughter pasta with bolognese, and my son & I usually order a house special - which is oftentimes a ravioli or other stuffed pasta. Also, be sure to save room for the absolute best tiramisu ever. It's an easily shareable dessert... and it's made tableside & completely out of this world delicious! My daughter loves Cesarina so much that we've celebrated a family lunch together at the restaurant for the past few birthdays :) The staff are always so warm & friendly, and we've loved the keepsake Polaroids of her every year! We chose to sit outdoors for an early dinner, and the ambiance was lovely. The service was quick and very pleasant. I had the pleasure of trying their passion fruit shrimp ceviche, and it was absolutely delicious! I’m inspired to recreate the recipe at home. I also enjoyed their tacos, which were fantastic. The purple tortillas added a special touch that made me think they might be made in-house. Would definitely recommend to our friends.
