Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. The food is incredible, and the service is top notch. I couldn’t have had a better birthday dinner. I even received a birthday card with the day’s menu and a candle for the occasion, which were such nice touches. This restaurant focuses on the details. I had a wonderful time with my family.

One of those places that lives up to the hype and then some. Everyone there makes the experience more than worth the investment. The food is both thoughtful and creative and just beyond delicious. The staff absolutely make the evening. They are attentive and not pretentious, they truly turn the evening into an event and not just a meal. Wonderful head to toe.
